No shoes in the house, please leave them on the shelf. 2. Kindly turn off air-cond and other electrical appliances when not in use. 3. An additional charge will be applied if the number of guest at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking. 4. Smoking only allowed at the balcony area :) Please ensure glass doors are closed when smoking. 5. Garbage disposal area is nearby the service lift towards the other end of the corridor on the same floor. 6. You are free to buy your groceries and use the kitchen and appliances but please help us keep the kitchen area clean at all times, do not leave rubbishes, dirty plates, cups, cutlery unattended or unwashed for days. If you use it, please wash it, its easy :) 7. No durians / mangosteens. 8. No pork and alcohol. 9. As respect to neighbour around, kindly keep it low after 10pm. 10. Pets, party, private gatherings, drugs, loud music, substance abuse in any form, gambling or any other illegal activities are strictly forbidden. 11. Common courtesy. Do not move around decor items, appliances, furniture, leaving pillows on the floor. Please put them back where they belong. There's also a laundry bag for used towels. 12. The person in charge of booking is to be responsible to inform other members on house rules!
