There are 2 rooms of this type on the 1 floor each having large king size bed with greenery view ceiling fan / air conditioned , en suite bathroom & hot water. it comes with large king bed , as a highlight you have a balcony where you can enjoy the view of the greenery and side sea Situated just footsteps from both Ram's and Plantation main surf breaks, this undiscovered gem is a peaceful, serene oasis that is tucked away from the busy main road. also close to the sand beach & lazy left . The space 1. Our Villa Our villa offers standard and upgrade type rooms that all come with private en suite bathroom. Our rooms are new spacious and very clean. Please check out our other listings if the one you are looking for does not have availability. We do not have hot airconditioned .. Relax in our quiet little garden with lounge chairs and ample seating areas after your daily activities. Our cafe/ restaurant is right next to it and you can enjoy a beer or herb beverage right from the garden listening to the chirping of birds. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are also available at the restaurant. We have a selection of local and international dishes that averages about 5 us$ per meal. We highly recommend that you try the specialty grilled fish! 2. Surroundings We are conveniently located between the Lazy Left and Plantation surf points. The Plantation surf point is an awesome footers paradise in down south Sri Lanka. Across the street there are more than four surf breaks, where some of the best waves in Sri Lanka roll in (Ram's Right , Lazy Left , Lazy Right , Coconut Point , Jungle Beach , Secret Point). Weligama is a beach break and ideal for beginners and intermediate surfers while Kabalana is a sandy point and both are not far from here. We would be happy to help arrange any surf rentals/ guides/ lessons. 3. Activities We are here to serve you and to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable one. Our family is always ready to give our support and help you any time you may need it. In the villages nearby: Wewurukannala Wihara (underground temple), Bird island and Cinnamon Island, Gems & Jewelry factory.
