All three rooms have ceiling fans and are air conditioned. Master Bedroom The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Fully fitted with wardrobes (one housing wall mounted safe) and storage drawers. A large bed with side units with smoked glass tops. All windows have fabric folding blinds with voile drapes. Guest bedroom The guest bedroom has all the same refinements as the master bedroom. In addition it has a Tata Sky and a 20’’ flat screen HD TV. Lounge The lounge has a 2+1+1 suite. A LG HD flat screen TV with an HD Tata Sky, wireless Sony DVD surround sound Player. Kitchen The kitchen is fully fitted with wall mounted and base units. All the units in the kitchen were hand crafted by a local carpenter, as is all the woodwork in the apartment with imported light teak wood. Housed in the base unit is an LG washing machine, a two battery high amp inverter with new batteries. The gas bottle is housed in the base unit next to the full size Faber gas cooker. There is a gas contract with a spare bottle. At the end of the base unit is a large refrigerator, on the butcher’s chopping block stand a combi oven -microwave, both purchased in the last two years. There is a cane smoked glass top kitchen table with two matching chairs. Above the base unit next to the stainless steel sink is a water filter, the wall mounted unit above houses a water heater. From the lounge you have access to an outside balcony overlooking the estate gardens. The balcony sit-out has seating with four cane chairs along with a table. Situated in the village of Baga-Arpora, the development is 3 kms from Baga beach, since the road goes around the river. However, as the crow flies it’s less than a km. Guest access The swimming pool and and a small, so called gym is available for you to use. To use the pool it's mandatory to be in proper swimming gear and adhere to the rules of pool.
