Cozy Country Cottage

This is Country Quiet that is also centrally located. We are in between Syracuse and Cortland, NY (15 miles to both off Interstate 81.) You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. For vacationers, we are at the edge of the Fingerlakes about 20 miles from Skaneateles, NY. Whether passing through or here for a short stay, our place will provide comfort and quiet. The space Our apartment is a cozy, comfortable, clean 2 bedroom that will accommodate 4 when 2 people sleep in the queen bedroom. There are 3 beds: one queen and two singles. There is central AC for hot days and central heating for the cold . There is a full kitchen for those who like to cook. Coffee, Tea, water and snacks are provided. The renovated bathroom is small but very clean and functional with a shower/bath combination. There is parking for up to two vehicles. . All beds have hypoallergenic/waterproof covers. The Queen bed has a new memory foam mattress. The twin beds are both memory foam mattresses with foam toppers. A reliable internet is provided. There are 2 smart TVs with You Tube TV provided. There is a private deck directly off the living room for sunning or star gazing. I have designed our apartment for comfort and invite you to enjoy! Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. It is a second floor apartment so there are stairs to go up into the apartment. They are straight, carpeted stairs but guests will need to be able to navigate stairs easily. Other things to note Everything in the apartment is for your use: coffee, tea, snacks, water, etc. Please look through the cupboards and fridge and see what is there for you. If other guests have left supplies I leave them there for future guests. The laundry room is downstairs and usually locked but let me know if you will want to use it. We are on the property and available but also want to give you your space!
