The space Apartment located in elegant Art Nouveau building of the early twentieth century in the posh and exclusive residential district of Bogenhausen, one of the finest areas of the city of Munich, just next to the subway stop Prinzregentenplatz. The apartment has been furnitured with original antiques, including Art Nouveau and classic furniture as well as Swarovski chandeliers in every room. The apartment has three double bedrooms, living room, bathroom, WC, two big balconies and a kitchen. The kitchen is excellently equipped with oven, microwave, double hob, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, as well as a complete set of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The living room has a comfortable large sofa and a dining table for up to 8 guests. Also available is a flat screen TV with local and international channels. If necessary, the sofa can become a large and comfortable double bed. The master bedroom is equipped with a majestic bedroom set, an original work of a master carpenter in the early twentieth century. The king size bed is 200 cm x 190 cm big. The guests staying here can enjoy a large flat screen TV directly in front of the bed and a mini fridge next to the bed. The remaining two bedrooms are also furnished with elegant bedroom sets of French and German origin. Beside this bedroom there are two other bedroom, each one with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm and 160 cm x 200 cm). The apartment has a bathroom with shower, urinal and sink. In a separated room there is a toilet and a sink. For your entertainment we have provided a wall 32" TV with local an international programs together with a DVD player. The apartment has a bathroom with toilet, shower cabinet, towels and hair dryer. Parking is free on the streets in the area. The apartment is located in a privileged position in a prestigious mansion Bogenhausen quarter of Munich, which can be considered that the building belongs to the set of the square of the Prince Regent. All shops and facilities for daily needs are within walking distance. The local public transport station named Prinzregentenplatz (underground and bus) is just a few meters. The atmosphere in the Prince Regent Square, with its many recreational opportunities such as Prince Regent Theatre, Prinzregentenbad, the English Garden and the renowned galleries and quality restaurants ensure the continued attractiveness of the neighbourhood as a favourite of Munich. The building dates back to early last century and has a beautiful facade. The apartment faces the courtyard, so it is very quiet. It was completely renovated and decorated and fully equipped. The floor is parquet and there are some original stucco ceilings. The apartment has two balconies, which are aligned to the west. The larger balcony is just over 10 square meters and the smallest about 5 square meters First class bed sheets as well as towels will be provided. Guest access Although you never have to share the apartment with other guests, you might not have access to the whole apartment. Depending on the number of guests in your booking you will have access to a certain number of bedrooms. Bookings for 1-2 guests will get 1 bedroom prepared. Bookings for 3-4 guests will get 2 bedrooms prepared. Bookings for 5-6 guests get all three bedrooms prepared. Bookings for 7-8 guests get all three bedrooms prepared and the sofa bed in the living room will be prepared as a bed. The guest can get more bedrooms are provided in the booking paying a surcharge. Other things to note In the case of non-availability of the apartment by force majeure such as vandalism, water damage or similar, I am not responsible for any costs that might arise for the guests, even in the case of a last-minute cancellation caused by force majeure.
