In the center of many hiking areas and 3 ski resorts (see detail below), all reachable by bus. Apartment with protected terrace, a small and a larger bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, ski room. Maximum 4 people. Children of all ages are considered adults. Please book accordingly. Please bring towels and pillow and duvet covers. However, fitted sheets are in the apartment. Ski rental and bus stop 100 m away. No pets. The space The 55 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a vacation home with several vacation rentals. Free parking for 1 car. No visitor parking spaces. The guest tax of €2.80 per night per person aged 13 and over is not included in the price. Please pay this on site. For toddlers from 0 to 2 years old, please check "Children from 2 years to 12 years old," as our prices are defined so that all persons, regardless of age, pay and are included in the maximum occupancy. LOCATION: - In the center of the 3 ski areas Diedamskopf (5 min), Damüls-Mellau (15 min) and Warth-Schröcken-Ski Arlberg (22 min away). All ski resorts can also be reached by bus. - Ski tours directly from the house, - In the immediate vicinity of the cross-country ski trail, the winter hiking trail and the Grunholz practice lift (also night skiing and toboggan rental), - ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in summer; the swimming pool is within 10 minutes' walking distance, - In a central location in the village of AU IM BREGENZERWALD with a view of the Kanisfluh. In winter, you will receive the free "WINTERCARD Au-Schoppernau." BREGENZERWALD & Grosses Walsertal GUEST CARD: From May to October, you will receive the free guest card for stays of 3 nights or more, which means that mountain railways, swimming pools and public transportation are free. Other things to note Limited number of parking spaces for the apartment: 1 car, no camping cars or trailers. We are also easily accessible by public transportation: - from DORNBIRN train station with direct bus 850 to the stop "Au Fuchs," - From BREGENZ train station with bus 830, change to bus 850 in Bezau to the stop "Au Fuchs" or - From BREGENZ train station with direct bus 840 (weekdays only) to the "Au Kreuzgasse" stop, then 8 minutes on foot. The bus from Bregenz and Dornbirn can also be used free of charge on arrival with the "Bregenzerwald & Grosses Walsertal Guest Card." The "Au Fuchs" bus stop is almost in front of the house (100 m away).
