Our bright apartment is located in the heart of the old town, near the sea, close to San Giusto castle and piazza dell’Unità d’Italia. It has been our home for a long time and when we had to move in, we renovated and restored it with care, adapting it to the needs of future guests. You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are sure that you will also love it. The space In the large and bright living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, a table with 4 chairs, TV and a library provided, the spacious kitchenette is equipped with 4 burners, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine with capsules and everything the necessary for cooking and eating. The bedroom is equally bright, there is a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and is equipped with a hairdryer, soap and shampoo. The apartment is self-heating and equipped with air conditioner. At your disposal a portable wi fi connection, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment (65m2) is located on the second floor without a lift and overlooks one of the most beautiful small squares in the historic center. Guest access the apartment is all available IMPORTANT: From Friday 1 June 2018 will come into force with the immediate obligation of application, the new Tourist Tax in the Municipality of Trieste, the amount to be paid will be € 2.00 per person per night for a maximum of 5 nights. Hosts under the age of 18 are exempt. This amount is NOT included in the price and will be requested to the guest during the stay. Other things to note In the evening, especially on weekends and in the summer, the bars of the square come alive with locals and tourists who entertain themselves drinking some wine and a glass and chat. we have equipped the apartment with anti-noise windows that allow you to enjoy the square and at the same time sleep peacefully.
