Guest access Guests have exclusive use of all amenities of the property, pool, tennis/bball, hot tub, kitchen(s) Extra fee to host parties and negotiated based on number of "day guests" prior to date with host. There is a "pet friendly" loft apartment which is "Bedroom 4" in the pictures. Extra fee for pets Host resides in adjacent residence. There is a dog on property that can be removed at the request of guest. Other things to note The South Wing is adequate for up to 8 guests. The Loft Apartment is provided when this number goes over 8 or upon request if needed. When occupancy goes over 12 there is an additional fee charged per head. There is no "children's rate". Hosting Parties and Events is welcome. There will be a surcharge based on size and scope of the event. Entire Seven bedroom home rental is dependant on season and availability with a minimum 2 week stay requirement.
