Ideally located just steps from the ocean and in the heart of the Notre Dame de Monts forest, this 65m² villa decorated on the theme of India and its vibrant colors, with its beautiful private terrace and exclusive spa, welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the Vendée. The space Living room and dining room With its tasteful decor, this 65m² house can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lounge/living area and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, ceramic hob, all necessary tableware, a plancha, a television, washing machine, table and iron). Sleeping area The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms with double beds, and the living room's convertible double sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for 2 people. Private outdoor space Outside, you can enjoy a lovely wooden terrace with all the garden furniture you need for a comfortable stay (outdoor table and chairs, parasol, garden lounge set). The house also benefits from a private 6-seater spa (optional) in the garden. The beach is 350m away from your villa. The Domaine le Sherwood Experience Villa India is located within a secure private estate, a true haven of peace surrounded by nature. Available at reception: Molkky, pétanque, board games, rackets and paddles… Located close to local shops, the ferry terminal for Île d'Yeu, Île de Noirmoutier, and Saint Jean de Monts. Check-in from 4pm Check-out by 10am at the latest Guest access Villa Inde is located in the heart of the Domaine Le Sherwood, entirely pedestrian and gated at night. The Villa and its private garden are entirely at your disposal and without overlooking neighbours. Other things to note Private and gated parking at night. If you wish to arrive earlier or extend your stay by a few hours, we offer early check-in and late check-out for €50 (subject to availability, by reservation). The private SPA is optional, at a cost of €40 for the duration of the stay. Bed linen is provided. Towels are not provided. A towel kit rental is €7 per person. You can also rent bathrobes at €5 per person. Pets under 25kg and non-noisy are accepted for €15. The accommodation must be returned clean (washed and put away dishes, bed(s) stripped, cleaned fridge, bathroom, kitchen and floors washed, bins emptied). If you do not wish to clean, you can choose to take the end-of-stay cleaning package for €85. You can also request a mid-stay clean for €39 (please notify us a minimum of 3 days before the service). If you wish, we can provide a baby kit for an additional €15. This kit includes a travel cot (with mattress and mattress protector), a high chair and a baby bath. A security deposit of €750 will be requested upon arrival by bank card pre-authorisation (the amount is not debited and is released upon departure).
