Rainier, Northwest Trek Zip Line and Wildlife Park, Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), the Washington State Fair, Olympic National Park, Ocean Shores, Mt St, Helens, the San Juan Islands and yes, Portland and Seattle. Other things to note The Pacific Northwest has been known for mild summers. People used to remark how hot it is when it gets to the mid 70s. Lately though, we've had summer days that reach the high 80s and 90s. We regulate the temperature by opening the windows when it gets hot.
