A garden view flat spacious,high ceilings & natural light located in the airport residential area of the city centre. It’s 10 mins drive from the airport and 5mins drive to Accra Mall. It has 2 ensuite bedrooms with double beds & AC. It has an open plan kitchen with a living room with AC. The restaurants and shops about 10mins walk from the house or 5 mins drive to Accra Shopping Mall with supermarket, vodaphone &forex bureau etc Lovers of vegetables will appreciate the organic produce nearby. The space An apartment(flat) within a secured building for you to relax and be at home. A quiet residential area with all that Accra has to offer nearby. You can relax at home and catch up on Netflix or live it up in city centre. It's easily accessible and you can navigate your way to the city centre by uber or or public transport. There is a caretaker on site 24 hours . Guest access There are 5 apartments in the building. You have sole access to your apartment and will have access to the communal areas. Other things to note Unfortunately due to some of our guests leaving the A/C's on 24/7 and the high cost of living we have placed a cap on electricity which will not affect the majority of our guests. This is a fair method not to increase the price for all. Please note you would be expected to pay for additional electricity costs once you exceed the cap. From 1st April 2025 ,the cap for electricity is $5 a day ($150 month) which is at least 4x higher than the average monthly amount of $40 in Ghana,£70 in the UK and $80 in the USA. Please always switch off the AC' s and water heater when you leave the property. The functionality will be less effective when left on continuously and will break down causing inconvenience to you.
