Amandaville is a bungalow with 4 private rooms located in prestigious Panampally Nagar (Cochin), close to businesses, restaurants, hospitals and attractions. Nestled in peaceful neighborhood, each private room offers spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds and common large modern kitchen with appliances, dining area, Terrace, Free Wifi and other amenities. The space The house is in a cul-de-sac and hence its uber peaceful with no traffic and noise other than the sounds of nature. The rooms are tastefully decorated - each of the 4 rooms have a different theme based on 4 states of India (This is the Kerala room). Room Notes: This is our 2nd largest room and is perfect for a couple staying for longer durations. All our rooms are airy and bright. Each room can be locked and they offer private bathrooms with hot/cold water, comfortable beds, desks, chairs and closets. Common Areas: There is a shared large living/dining room, an open kitchen where you are welcome to cook with your own ingredients, and a family/game room for chilling out. There is a Washing machine that can be used by long stay guests. Shared Amenities: You can use the free high speed Wifi , desktop and printer, TV with Firestick, Prime Video, Netflix, books collection. Enjoy our common space such as Family room, Balcony and Terrace when you want to unwind or socialize. Enjoy your stay, bask in sunlight and peace, share stories with other guests, cook or order a delicious meal - and have a wonderful vacation in our home. Guest access Access is through common main door which will be managed by our in-house care taker 24 hours. You have your own private room which can be locked from inside and outside, as well as your own attached bathroom. You can access the shared living room, terrace, dining room, family room and study room. The spacious modern kitchen has all required appliances and is available if you would like to make tea/coffee/juice/snacks or even for cooking with your own ingredients. During your stay There is a caretaker who help with check-in and check-out process. For any emergency or issues, please call me directly. Other things to note This is our house and also your house during your stay. Please take care of it as you would take care of your own house. Avoid loud music, smoking inside the rooms and be kind to the environment and switch off lights and Aircon when not required.
