"Los de qui cau" is located in a small hamlet in the heart of the Ariège forest, in Barguillère at an altitude of 900 m. It's a stone house dating back to 1899. It has just been completely renovated. Recently, we have installed an outdoor spa under cover facing the forest. It operates all year round (a deposit of €50 is required) Attention for small children ( pool, miller's ladder, jacuzzi) The space Capacity: independent house with private terrace (forest view), enclosed garden and 2 private parking spaces, possibility of motorcycle shelter Total area of 70 m2 including: main room (29 m²) + bedroom 1 (10 m²) + bathroom/WC (6 m²) + bedroom 2 (12 m²) and bathroom/WC (5 m²) with independent access to the garden + low attic mezzanine (25 m²) + laundry room in independent basement (4 m²) + terrace (12 m²) + 500 m² of enclosed land + outdoor spa under shelter (5 seats) Accommodation: bedroom 1 (140 bed), bedroom 2 (140 bed), attic mezzanine (90 and 140 beds) and sofa bed (130 bed) Linens and towels are not provided.
