We welcome you to enjoy the private access to a clean and cozy In-law Suite, located on the side of our home. You may park on the driveway, or on the street on the quiet Cul-de-sac. Our goal is for you to enjoy a getaway. Coffee, and tea are provided. All amenities needed to enjoy the beach are here: Beach chairs and towels, so head straight to renowned Siesta Key, just 15 minutes away. Chose happy hour at Bayfront Park Tiki bar, or The Lazy Parrot. Hiking and biking at Myakka River SP. The space This is a very comfortable, clean, freshly updated studio apartment. Enjoy the use of the well designed space, including an induction burner, small fridge/freezer, 6 ft. counter top, and sink for washing up. A Cleaning Care package is included for your added protection. It includes paper towels, multi surface cleaner, disinfectant wipes, Anti bacteria hand sanitizer, and extra soap. All the appliances are new. The space is private and cozy. The bathroom is freshly updated and includes a walk-in shower, and you enter the Suite through the exterior bathroom door. It allows you to remove sandy shoes. There is a wall mounted flat screen television with a Firestick, Wifi, a microwave, iron, and a large walk-in closet all for you. Guest access Parking is easy. You have a choice of pulling halfway up the driveway, or easier access on the street. It is a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. Walking distance to both Walmart Market and Publix.
