Our bright, airy beach side property with stunning views is situated just a few steps from family friendly Porth Beach - a great coastal destination, we are a short clifftop walk to Lusty Glaze voted BRITAINS BEST BEACH in one direction and the famous Watergate Bay in the other. Newquay town centre & beaches are a few minutes by car or accessed from the bus stop right outside! The space This listing is for a whole apartment on the ground floor of a two storey building with your own green leafy balcony space, this place is so close to the beach it is practically on it ! There are views over the beautiful white sands of Porth from the lounge and balcony. Towels are provided however, please bring your own beach towels. The light, bright lounge space has a T.V and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped, the owner has supplied you with everything you may need, even airtight containers for your lazy lunches on the beach ! Other items include a kettle, toaster, cafeteria, cooker, microwave and washing machine. There are two light and airy bedrooms, one with a double bed and plenty of storage/wardrobe space. The other has two singles , a wardrobe and drawers. Both have large windows overlooking your private balcony space. 100% cotton bedlinen throughout. There are a few steps up to the front door, so it may not be suitable for some people with limited mobility. There is private parking on the drive outside the apartment. Please note the drive is steep Guest access You have the whole place to yourself, stairs lead up to your balcony where you have your own front door into the apartment. The private parking is shared with the owners of the apartment on the first floor. Other things to note The private parking on the driveway is steep so may not be suitable for some lowered vehicles. Please enquire if you have any queries regarding this. There is no shop for grocery essentials in Porth. The closest is a 20 min walk so a car is beneficial but not essential.
