There is also a mini fridge and storage in your room for snacks and personal supplies. Guest are allowed to use the Kitchen, dining area and is required to follow the cleaning protocols set forth by the CDC at all times to prevent the spread of infection/diseases The home/property is for the sole use of the guests under this reservation. No events/gatherings/parties/other people are allowed. Please note: no animals allowed which includes service/emotional support animals as owner is highly asthmatic and highly allergic to pet dander. This would pose a serious health issue for the owner. There is an additional guest fee per guest per night. No Smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed inside our home. Feel free to smoke outside, do not throw the butts in the yard-there is a trash can on the front porch for the BUTTS. You are responsible to clean it empty the garbage can on the porch if you do smoke, the front of the home should always be neat and clean, do not leave butts in the astray on the table or your personal lighters or smokes. If we find that you ARE smoking in our home a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your account and you will be asked to leave without a refund. WE clean and disinfect common areas frequently, please do the same for your private areas while you are here. At the time of check out, all vehicles and personal property must be removed from the property. We are not able to accommodate parking of your vehicle at our home after check out or storing your luggage/etc. Also, all garbage must be bagged and tied and then placed in the trash cans outside in the front of the building. Please hang up any damp/wet linens to keep them from mildewing. As well, please wash, dry and put away your dishes.
