Rosedale Retreat

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. The space The space comfortably accommodates two people, though, there is a couch and floor space for a few more if you are in a pinch. The kitchen allows you to do your own cooking. The apartment has an outside entrance at the back of our home on the ground level. You are free to enjoy the shared yard and patio. All indoor space in the apartment is private. Other things to note Our family resides in the main house and the kids play outside when they can. You may occasionally hear muffled noises of routine family activity. Additionally, there is an apartment overhead and you may hear periodic foot steps coming from above. Please respect our neighbors’ space and do not go up the back stairs.
