Small addition to our house for out of town guests and family. Private entrance and isn’t connected to the rest of the house from inside, but above the room is our kids' bedroom. It has a little kitchen area with a water boiler microwave and fridge (no freezer). There’s a small bathroom with a shower and a queen bed all in 160 square feet,so a very tiny, tight space :) there’s a little porch area to hang out. We are off the beaten track in the woods. 12 Min to Callaway, right off 185 exit 30, 32 The space The room is yours so everything inside can be used also feel free to use the porch and all outside areas. Reminders: Mini frige with no freezer, smart tv with netflix, room is 10x16 so small, house is in the middle of the woods and there are insects outside. VERY IMPORTANT: House rules: No pets (including service animals) No smoking anywhere on property No parties No drugs No guests not on reservation No cooking in room Quiet time after 9pm No check in after 9pm Breaking any house rule will result in cancellation of your stay and no refunds. We want all our guests to enjoy our place and have a wonderful experience but unfortunate recent incidents have caused us to stress these specifics. Guest access We have a big play area for kids and an outdoor sitting area. A grill, and firepit available on demand.. Other things to note Our house is literally in the woods. There are bugs, squirrels, etc so if you’re not a nature lover you may not be a fan. Also the space is small so please consider this. The shower is also 30x30 and may not be the most comfortable for all guests. ** stays longer than 7 days will include weekly cleaning you can choose every Monday or Sunday** There is no washer and dryer if we are home feel free to ask and you can use ours. **the photos show out new incomplete addition. we have a private enclosed porch for the room now but haven't finished the drywall as of today. every day our projects advance so do expect it to be better. I didn't remove the old pictures yet as once the project is complete I'll replace all images with new finished ones. No additional guests allowed on property. Only guest(s) on reservation.
