Welcome to Daisenji Lodge Ing BLACK! Thank you for your interest in our accommodation facility. This facility is a renovated traditional townhouse located 1-minute walk from Kuramaguchi Subway Station. The interior is based on traditional Japanese themes, and you can stay in an old-fashioned house that has been renovated from a Kyo-machiya. We have everything you need includes free wifi! We can accommodate up to 4 people.This room is perfect for families. The space ▽Japanese-style room▽ You can use it as a bedroom. Open the curtain and you can see the garden around your house. With air-condition ▽Dining Kitchen▽ Dining table and 4 chairs With the kitchen facility, you can cook by yourself. (Refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, microwave, kettle, toast, the dishes) ▽Bathroom▽ There is a bath tub. And shampoo-conditioner, body-soap, towel ▽Toilet▽ Wash-let toilet. Bath room and toilet are separated ▽Washroom, Laundry corner▽ Hair dryer, auto-washing machine, laundry detergent ▽Other▽ ・Toothbrush ・Tea bag ・Wi-Fi We have bath towels and face towels! We cannot change linen or towels and clean the room during your stay. Please use clothes hangers and washing machine. You will have to pay extra for changing linen or towels, or getting another one.(Linen and towel set ¥3000/one time per person) Guest access Guests have access to entire facilities inside the house. These are available only to the guests staying in the house and not shared with anybody else. Other things to note This facility is legally approved and operated in accordance with Japanese law. In compliance with regulations, all guests are required to complete and submit a guest registration form, which includes name, address, occupation, nationality, and (for foreign guests) a copy of the passport. Please be sure to complete the guest information registration before check-in. Only guests who have completed the registration will be provided with the check-in guide. Thank you for your understanding. 【Basic House Rules】 ・Check-in: After 3:00 PM ／ Check-out: By 10:00 AM. ・Cleaning is provided once per stay only. No cleaning service, towel replacement, or bed-making is offered during the stay. ・To avoid disturbing others, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. ・Take off shoes and do not put your luggage on tatami.(Limited to properties with tatami flooring only) ・Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. Please use designated smoking areas if you wish to smoke. ・Pets are not allowed. ・When leaving the room, please ensure that all electrical appliances and lights are turned off. ・The use of any fire sources inside the building is strictly prohibited. Fireworks and campfires are not allowed. ・To prevent the spread of infectious diseases, please pay attention to personal hygiene and wash your hands frequently. ※Note: This facility does not provide luggage storage services. Please make use of coin-operated lockers available at nearby stations. 👶 Infants, Bedding, and Additional Guest Fees: ・Bedding arrangements (subject to actual on-site availability) are provided based on the number of guests stated in the reservation. 　The reserved number includes adults and children, but does not include infants. ・If infants are staying and you request additional bedding (subject to on-site availability), 　this will be considered an “additional guest / additional bedding” and an extra fee will apply. ・The “maximum number of beds available” shown on the listing page represents the equipment limit only and does not indicate that they are provided free of charge. ※If you have any questions or uncertainties, please be sure to contact us for confirmation before making a reservation or prior to check-in. In addition, extra charges may apply depending on the situation in the following cases: ① Shipping costs for lost items (charged based on actual expenses) ② Disposal fees for large items such as suitcases (charged per case) ③ Standby fees for cleaning staff due to late check-out (check-out time follows the basic house rules) 　・Guests who check out late without prior notice will be charged JPY 1,000 for every 15 minutes. ④ If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us at least 14 hours before check-out 　・Failure to notify in advance or last-minute requests will incur a JPY 5,000 fee for cleaning staff standby and transportation costs (actual charges may vary depending on the situation). ⑤ Additional on-site assistance (fees will be determined by on-site staff) 　Except in emergency situations, if we are required to dispatch staff to the property. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, there may be occasions when immediate oあn-site assistance is not possible due to scheduling or staffing constraints.
