Affordable and Beautiful Coastal Cottage

Built in 1999, this is a two-floor Maine Cottage. First floor is handicapped equipped. The cottage is on a private, dead end road. Separate building with front and rear private entrances. Bath has separate, large shower and laundry room. Large bedroom with seating is on the first floor. Fully-equipped kitchenette; additional sleeping are upstairs. Private outdoor area is yours. Great outdoor view of Linekin Bay. Private beach nearby Free WiFi, YouTube TV, and Netflix. The space Nice upstairs living/dining with big-screen TV and viewing area. Kitchenette is fully equipped for making a lobster dinner with all the cooking/eating utensils. Guest access We're pretty flexible. There is a separate, private renters' area with ocean views, picnic table with umbrella, chairs, and barbecue. Other things to note Washer and dryer are free. You supply detergent. There's some already there to start you out. Continual hot water supply water heater system.
