Immerse yourself in the stylish modernity of this 39 square meter apartment in the heart of Munich – within walking distance of the pedestrian zone (Sendlinger Tor, Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, main train station). Surrounded by charming cafes, restaurants, shops and markets, the area offers a unique atmosphere and a variety of possibilities. The central location and modern amenities make this apartment the ideal choice for leisure and business travelers alike. The light-flooded studio apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, with a comfortable king-size double bed 180 × 200 cm for 2 people, a single bed 90 × 200 cm and a designer sofa bed from KARE. All beds are made with fresh linens before your arrival. The bathroom has an XL shower tub and is equipped with fresh towels, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel. A smart TV with cable TV and the Google Home sound system ensure entertaining moments. The open, modern kitchenette includes a fridge with cubby bins, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and all important utensils such as a frying pan and dishes as well as a dishwasher. Water bottles, various teas and Nespresso capsules are included. The apartment also offers a wardrobe with sliding doors, new air conditioning, private washing machine, dishwasher, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, clothes hangers and in the hallway there is a shoe wardrobe and an umbrella. Experience vibrant city life while enjoying peace and quiet thanks to soundproof triple glazed new windows. Parking is available at the end of Schiller Straße/on the university hospital grounds (€10/24h). Most of the time there are parking spaces available, but they are not our own parking spaces.
