Important Rules: Please follow the Body Corporate regulations when using the shared facilities. Access to certain amenities may not always be guaranteed due to periodic maintenance and repairs. Upon departure, please respect the property and leave it in a clean condition. Do not rearrange furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay. Excessive mess or dirt may incur an additional cleaning fee. Keep noise levels low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and avoid any disruptive behavior. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any evidence of smoking will result in a 300 AUD deduction from the deposit. Parties and events are strictly forbidden. If violated, guests will be required to vacate the apartment immediately. Pets are not allowed anywhere in the building. If you lock yourself out and require the manager’s assistance, a 50 AUD call-out fee applies between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, we are unable to provide lockout assistance. In the case of a lost key, a 200 AUD replacement fee will apply. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate contact with the authorities, termination of the rental agreement, eviction, and loss of all rental payments.
