Located right on the lake, we offer a great vacation spot with grills, a private dock and large fire pit. Conveniently located just minutes away from area attractions. Come relax with family and enjoy all Chautauqua Lake has to offer! Dock, kayaks, paddle board, and paddle boat included. If renting watercrafts, marinas are just 5 minutes away. Comfortably furnished, fully-equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, Keurig, washer and dryer. Bedding and towels provided. The place to relax and enjoy! The space Sitting on the deck, you are just 40 feet from the lake! We have an extra long dock to accommodate your boat. Sit around the fire pit and watch the beautiful sunsets while roasting marshmallows! A private driveway with space for 2 cars. Location, location, location!! You will feel like you are finally away from the hustle and bustle while relaxing, but in truth everything you’ll need is just minutes away including the National Comedy Center in Jamestown less than 10 minutes away! Our lake themed interior offers plenty of space for family gatherings. The cathedral ceiling living room has huge windows with spectacular views of the lake, the dining room table large enough for everyone (and a great space for games), kitchen spacious enough for “many cooks in the kitchen”!! There are 2 cozy bedrooms just off the dining room. One with a full sized bed and the second is our family friendly room we call “the bunk room” a full size bed on the bottom and a single on top. You will find a pack and play under the bed. Upstairs there is a sitting area with a loveseat on the loft. Great for a quiet moment or fold out for an extra kids bed. 2 bedrooms upstairs have queen size beds. Very comfortable after a full day of fun. The best spot of all… our large upper deck. You can access it through the sliding glass doors off the loft or the outside staircase. Just wait till you see the view. Our place is special and we are so happy to share it with you.
