There are 2 sleeping rooms with a Glass Terrace Living room on the 3rd floor of our private 3-story garden cottage built in 1980 (other floors empty for now). In fact, we only reserved this floor for ourselves, but we prefer to live in Antalya since the pandemic. There is a 2-person hammock in the living room. It looks like an Old Greek Island or Bodrum houses from the outside with its architecture and garden resembling. So I feel still go to OPA & OMA's summer house, but ... as you enter it looks like a minimalist art workshop with accessories I have brought from all over the world. There is an old flat type AC in the living room and the newest split air conditioners in the master bedroom. There are separater windows with the mosquito nets that can be opened for air circulation between the Living room and the children's room. There are mosquito nets and jalousie on all windows except the living room and kitchen. Hot water is available with solar and electric water heater. The floors are stone, except for the children's bedroom (old wooden floor). All the 3rd Floor in the house with garden & backyard. I will be in my flat as a neighbor and available to assist you while I am around there for your questions and helps as much as I could. Walking distance of Sea 570 meters, nearest market 110m, bazaar (every Monday) 150m, Restaurant 170m, Fitness 450m, Government Hospital 700m, only Russian Market of the City (named Market 777) 750m & Shopping Mall 900 meters. You can easily solve your pet needs from Metro Market or the nearby Petshop and Veterinary Clinic. There are (walking distance 1 to 5 minutes) bars and restaurants that serve mainly Norwegian, German tourists, also some Russians and Europeans. My place is closer to Alanya Airport than Alanya City Center. There are lots of parking places on the street. There are front and back Boulevards with Public Bus Stations. There is Bell to call a taxi from the street and also the possibility to call them or a Private Transfer for Airport or City Center. There is no TV & washing machine. Air conditioning usage changes depend on guests, electricity payment will be charged extra.
