With free drinking water. - Available from 6 am - 9:30 pm • 300 meters jogging trail • gardens • spa • barbeque area • roofdeck with view of Makati Skyline, Manila Bay and the mountains of Laguna • Laundry Services - available at the ground floor • Pay Parking within the building for a minimum pay of Php400/day. Please let me know upon booking. You need to secure authorization letter from the owner. Other things to note IMPORTANT REMINDERS: -Please take time to read the House Rules and agree before confirming your stay. CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM CHECK-OUT TIME: 1:00 PM -EARLY CHECK-IN - May be accommodated if there is no scheduled check-out on the same day. Approval is required in advance. A fee of ₱200 per hour will be collected. -LATE CHECK-OUT - Only if there is no one checking in after you. There is a fee of Php1,000 for check-out from 2 pm-5 pm. After 5 pm please book another night. -Please bring a copy of your ID or Passport when you check-in for security purposes. This is the condominium's policy to protect guests and residents. (NO GOVERNMENT-issued ID or PASSPORT NO ENTRY) -Please be transparent with your headcount to avoid trouble checking in. We prepare the space based on the declared number of guests to help us run this accommodation. The apartment features lockbox entry allowing check-in at your convenience from 4PM onwards. -No parties/events or anything that will leave a mark or mess. - SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED - Philippine Law Executive Order No. 26 prohibits smoking indoors. There is a penalty of P10,000. - Light cooking is permitted. Please avoid frying or cooking foods with strong or lingering odors. Proper ventilation must be used at all times. Guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning or deodorizing costs resulting from strong food odors or pest issues. Pay Parking is available within the building for a minimum pay of Php250/day. Please let us know upon booking. You need to send your car details and proof of payment to secure an authorization letter from the owner. -The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. -The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. - Please leave keys inside the lockbox everytime you went out of the unit to make sure not to lost it. Don't forget to scramble the code. Guests will be charged Php1,500.00 for lost keys. • Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. -Some of the cabinets are locked for storage purposes. -CCTVs are visible and present along the hallway and common areas of the building.
