Large Room with Private Entry

We are in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a tree-lined path by a flowing creek just 30 ft. from our front door. This is a safe, comfortable room. Our home is NOT fancy and it is “lived in” so if you’re needing an immaculate, free of pet hair, private bathroom, we are NOT for you. We do respect your privacy. This room has its own outside entrance, a sink, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. Everything you could need and if you need anything else, ask. We will see what we can do. 🙂 The space This room is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 2 adults and a child. Your private room comes with a comfy queen size bed. There is plenty of closet space. Enjoy movies and sports on your 46” TV with satellite in room. The floors are being re-done so the carpet has been removed, but that's why the cost is so much under the market value for the room. It doesn't affect the comfort level or livability. Just a little weird to have concrete floors. Unless of course you have a thing for concrete, in which case we can always charge you extra. 😉 Guest access Guests have access to most of the house. The only rooms off limits are our master bedroom and bath. You can cook/bake in the kitchen all we ask is you rinse and load dishes in dishwasher. The washer /dryer are available for use but please remove clothes promptly when done. Although smoking is not allowed in our home you can smoke outside on patio just be sure to not leave butts on ground and clean ashtrays as needed. The pool may be used to entertain as long as you clean up after. We will do our very best to make your stay the most pleasant one you've had. During your stay We don't bother our guest but let them know we are available for any needs, questions, or concerns they may have. We're open to interaction, or will leave you to yourself. Whatever your preference may be. Other things to note Feel free to sit outside by the pool and relax or you can grill by the pool. There’s a small outdoor fire pit and a back porch area where you can watch tv, listen to music or just relax.
