Its close to the Main road, UCT, taxis, CBD, Claremont, N2, so its very central. There is WIFI. This is the package: 50Mbps Uncapped MTN LTE Data. There is No DSTV/TV. There is underground parking. This is a noise free complex. The space Please note that this is not a 5 star apartment, its basic, with the essentials. There is no cleaner on standby and no handyman on standby. I can arrange a cleaner for the apartment if you want one. Don’t wait till the end of the stay then inform me it’s dirty. I don't live at the apartment, I'm 15mins away. The kitchen consist of a: Microwave, fridge, oven, hob, washing machine, cutlery, cups, glasses, iron, pots, pans. Bedroom has 1 double bed with fitted cupboards. There is a shower but no bath. There is a medium sized couch in the lounge area. There is a balcony with a galvanized table and chairs. There is a 24/7 security at the complex. This apartment is built within a secure business complex. There is wifi, and theres no issues with it. There is no TV, because it gets knocked or bumped off all the time. Guest access I will need to meet you to hand over the keys or I can leave it at security depending on time of day.
