Our home is a beautiful spacious villa, fully fitted for a luxurious familly or friends getaway. The perfect mix of modern tropical architecture in a traditional 150 years old wooden Joglo. It will seduce you and put you in the perfect vacation spirit. The villa is located in the highly demanded area of Berawa/Canggu, close to Finn’s beach club and many surf spots and yoga centers. Only 6km north of the popular seminyak area and quietly embedded in a small lane, fully equipped and staffed. The space The space- Our spacious and cozy tropical designed villa is located in a quiet lane of the road of Pantai berawa with walking distance to many of the superfood lunch and dinner restaurants of Berawa aswell as spa’s and popular shops and the equestrian club. It’s only a 2min drive to the well known beach and surfspot of Pantai Berawa with Finn's Beach club, 5min to Batu Bolong and Echobeach and with a distance of only 6km, still close enough, to the popular but meanwhile crowded Seminyak with it’s fashionable restaurants, bars and boutique’s. The villa has a breezy designed open-air styled living room combined with dining area and an open plan kitchen with a bar facing the 18x6m swimming pool made from natural stones wich also has a low level area and is surrounded by sun beds and our tropical garden with coconut and palm trees and parrot flowers. The lounge area is facing the swimming pool and the garden and has 3 natural rottin sofas The dining table and chairs is made out of fishing boats, and is located under a 7 meter high, 150 years old, sculpted wooden joglo from Java. In the kitchen you will find 4 bar stools around the central island There are many storage spaces as well as a large fridge/freezer, oven, micro-wave, blender, juice-maker and all other kitchen applicances needed to prepare great meals. Accessed through the wooden veranda the spacious master bedroom has a kingsize bed. A private lounge area facing the pool and the pool house with a daybed sofa, led tv/dvd, AC, safetybox, closet and an office area. The master bedroom en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower made out of real stones and a double sink. The mainhouse bedroom also accessed trough the veranda has a kingsize bed facing the pool and garden, with a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a shower made out of natural stones, AC and tv/dvd. The pool house bedroom has a king size bed facing the pool, garden and the main house. A walk-in closet, AC, LEDtv/dvd and the en-suite bathroom has a shower made out of natural stones. All our rooms are eauipped with high quality mattresses, cushions & linnens, safety boxes, AC and high speed fiber optic. 2 fans in the living area also with high speed fiber optic WI-FI. There is also an outside lounge/relax area on the deck in front of each room. Guest access Guest access- we take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. In the villa our staff is there to take care of you during your stay. Our house staff will look after you and the household, making sure you have everything you need, maintain the property and to make you breakfirst in the mornings ready when you wake up. The staff works every day except sundays and during special holidays: Galungan, Kuningan, Nyepi (the day of the silence). and part time staff for the garden and pool maintenance. We also have our villa manager who is on call if ever needed. Wether it is the shopping and nightlife of seminyak or the southern wild beaches of Bukit with its rough cliffs and pro surf spots or the artists area Of Ubud surrounded by tropical forests, waterfalls and some of the most important temples of the balinese hindu culture or a trip to the volcanoes in the north.
