The top floor is used for our honeymooners with a gorgeous four poster bed. Spacious 5x5 living (room for 5th guest) and a second bedroom. The space It is a fully equipped apartment, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and big living room overlooking views over the shoreline of Costa del Sol. on a rural holiday park, called Finca el Moralejo, where you will enjoy all the amenities on this 12 ha, nature surrounded estate. Nestled against the 'Sierra de las Nieves' Park. Guest access You will enjoy all the amenities of our holiday park. Swimming pool, playground, many terraces, bar & restaurant, football field, garden with 180 ! palm tree species and much more... Other things to note There are no extra surprise costs, but we do apply the following conditions. Electricity is 15 KWH per day included, which is sufficient for normal use. Additional consumption is paid in cash at 0.25 cents per KWH. Tenants who stay 28 nights or longer have a special rate, but all the electricity must be paid separately !!! We may ask for a security deposit to meet these charges. Your understanding for this, there were guests who set the air conditioners to 16 degrees and use extra blankets. If you set the air conditioner to 24 degrees, it does not consume much electricity and saves us mechanic costs and serves a friendly environment !!!
