A house full of cheer!

You will enjoy the calm of its large garden with restanques (1800 m2), its terrace with gas barbecue by the pool (unheated, 5 m x 10 m), and games (table tennis, foosball, children's swing). We hope you feel as good as we did. 1st floor: comfortable living room, bright dining room, kitchen, bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed), bathroom with bathtub and two sinks, separate toilet. Shaded terrace. Ground floor: 3 bedrooms (140 x 190 beds), bathroom with large shower and two sinks, separate toilet, laundry room with washer and dryer. Indoor terrace with foosball. Large outdoor terrace with table for 8 people and gas barbecue. Large garden (1800 m2) with swimming pool (10 m x 5 m, not heated). Ping pong table, swing set. The kitchen is very well equipped, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, large pressure cooker, toaster, coffee makers, electric kettle, electric mixer... The house is not air-conditioned. Unfortunately, we can't accept pets. Many hikes are accessible nearby, guides and maps are available. We have also prepared for you the contact details of our favorite restaurants and shops. It is an ideal base to visit (by car) all the tourist sites in the region: Grasse and its perfumers, Antibes, Nice, etc. In the house you will find many tips for visits.
