The space So that you can enjoy Vila RCR, you are invited to spend a few days in the house of Can Capsec, the old farmhouse of the farmhouse. Its exterior facade is entirely built of stone and, depending on the season, you will find it fully covered with a beautiful ivy that expands along the walls. The house has two floors and 6 bedrooms; two double bedrooms on the lower floor and 4 triple bedrooms on the upper floor. The kitchen is open to the dining room and in it you can eat very close to the fireplace during the winter. The house has 3 bathrooms and a spacious living room with TV, table and sofas. The large number of rooms and the independence between them makes Capsec an ideal space to accommodate entire families or large groups of friends. There is room for 12 people comfortably and the possibility of expanding it to 14 people. Guest access - The entire property of the Vila RCR is open to you: in it you can find several meadows, a very well preserved old barn and an old grain mill, more than 135 hectares of forest where to get lost, different streams that surround the property, various artistic installations hidden in the surroundings and natural water fountains. - There are also six very friendly mares and a horse that grazes the meadows in front of the house. - Swimming pool shared with the other houses of the Vila RCR (operational from May 15 to September 30) - Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of €11 per night. - There will also be the possibility of installing baby cribs with an additional cost of €11 per night. Other things to note Vila RCR is an open-air shared creativity center. A place of research on space and landscape. Here you can observe the translation of a historical heritage into the new times without damaging, in any case, the spirit of the place.
