Our cottage is an old farmhouse, ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends. Exceptional view of Lake Pannecière in the heart of Morvan. The property has a heated pool, tennis court, trampoline, swing and barbecue (charcoal to be provided) for cooking with a lake view. Enjoy nature. You can indulge in many sports in addition to those of the property: hiking, fishing, water sports... The space The cottage is classified as "3* Furnished Tourist Accommodation" for 15 people. It has a living room, kitchen, game room with ping-pong, air hockey, darts… (remember to bring your own darts and balls/pingpong rackets and tennis rackets). There is of course all the amenities for a pleasant stay: Internet, Television, DVD & CD player, fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. There is also a summer kitchen with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There are 6 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed 140 x 190 on the ground floor; upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (one 140 x 190; one 160 x 200), one bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200 and 1 single bed (+1 baby cot), one bedroom with 1 single bed and 2 bunk beds and one with 2 single beds + 1 drawer bed. The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 15 people. We have a bathroom on the ground floor, with separate shower and toilet and a shower room with separate toilet in the summer residence (unheated). There is a toilet upstairs with a new bathroom. The house also has a large reception room for dining, having fun or dancing! Guest access You have the entire property! :) Other things to note The heated swimming pool is available from May to September with the possibility of opening from Easter and even until All Saints' Day depending on the weather. When it's a weekend reservation, checkout time is pushed back to 2pm on Sunday (10am checkout only for Saturday to Saturday reservations). Bed linen, bath and kitchen linen are not provided. A release of liability and resort liability are requested from the tenants, releasing the owner from any liability in the event of an accident on the property and protecting you in the event of a disaster.
