This is our private home in Fog City which we sparingly use. We wish to share this place exclusively with guests who are clean, hygienic and will use the premises without messing it up. New AC, Frige, TV, Toaster, Aqua Guard, etc are installed. The complex has a swimming pool but presently it is NOT operational. The lift in the building is presently not available, therefore not suitable for handicapped people. All Rules laid down by AIRBNB are applicable. The space WIFI is available and so is an inverter to ensure a few fans and light are in operation in the event of power failure. CCTV camera is installed outside the apartment for safety. There is no designated parking so one can park in available parking space. Smoking (cigarettes, hookah, etc) in the apartment is not allowed. Drugs and pets are not allowed. The place is strictly for 5 guests only. Breakfast is not provided though Tea / Coffee will be offered complementary. The caretaker does offer cooking and other related services. If the guest avails of these services then the payment is strictly between the guest and the caretaker. Society Rules  Carry valid ID card.  Consumption of food, drinks, and intoxication of any kind is strictly prohibited in common areas including around the pool area. Fines may be applicable if in violation of society rules.  Usage of drugs of any kind, in society premises (common areas and /or in the apartment) is not permitted as it is against the law.  All people visiting the society premises must respect privacy and rights of other members/guests and maintain proper decorum. Playing loud music and improper behavior is unacceptable.
