This apartment is located in a small building in full conversion, close to the center of the city, its shops, restaurants, markets... It offers you the possibility of long shaded walks following the Charente court by landscaped trails. Many other activities await you in its nearby surroundings and a little further away with Poitiers and Angoulême less than an hour away. Terra Aventura is developing well, offering great discovery walks. The space The accommodation offers a living space of about 56 m2 and is on the first floor of a small quiet building. You will be living in a fully equipped and refurbished setting for the comfort of my residents. What you'll find in the living room: Equipped kitchen: - sink, - induction baking sheet, - oven, - Microwave, - refrigerator, - coffee maker (combination) - tea pot, - toaster, - dishwasher. Its living room: - A sofa bed, - Coffee table, - A TV - A work table, - 3 folding chairs, - A 90 x 190 bed is wedged between the two. The bedroom offers a 140 x 190 bed, two bedside tables & lights The bathroom consists of a shower, a simple vanity unit and a toilet. Guest access the entrance to the building is coded, I give the code on arrival. Other things to note I offer a discovery workshop on the ancestral techniques of Japanese folding, known as *origami*. For a fee of €15.00/person, which includes the equipment for a minimum of 1 hour. IMPORTANT NOTE: The apartment is non-smoking. Our animal friends (small dogs/cats) will be accepted soon. I am preparing for their arrival so that they do not miss anything. However, they must be included in the booking as an additional adult.
