Our cosy home stay is located at Quintet Residence in Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands. Guest can enjoy the lush and relaxing surroundings by its own private landscaped garden in front of the Club House, yet be within walking distance to key public amenities. Parking is inside our gated and guarded property. Additional parking will be outside the residence and it is free. Our home is spacious and functional with WiFi speed up to 300 Mbps & Netflix. Comfortably sleeps up to 7 people. The space All items in our home are carefully picked to create a cozy and comfortable experience for guests. Master room comes with an attached bathroom and another bathroom is shared. Our last room is also equipped with 2 super single beds for more sleeping space. This apartment also has a balcony. Where you can enjoy coffee or tea outside. Other items included are: -42" Smart HD TV - Wi-Fi (Unifi 300 Mbps) - Netflix and TV Box - Quality linen & towels - Microwave - Electric kettle - Refrigerator - Steamboat cooker - Rice Cooker - Kitchen utensils - Water heater - Panasonic Water Filter - Full Body mirror - Air Purifier (Levoit Brand) You may request for additional mattress (max 2 mattresses) if needed which are chargeable at RM80 per mattress. Other things to note 1) Strictly NO Smoking or VAPPING inside or at the balcony of the house. 2) No shoes or slippers inside the house. House slippers are provided. 3) NO PETS/FUR KIDS are allowed in or within the vicinity. 4) NO BBQ. 5) NO big events or parties. 6) Avoid stain on carpets, sofa and dining chairs. 7) STRICKLY NO food, drinks or snacks in the bedrooms. To prevent stains and pests. 8) Only 1 parking lot for this unit. Park responsibly and accordingly if not your car will be clamped. 9) Keep noise level low after 10pm. ADDITIONAL FEE (If applicable) 1. Late check out fee RM50 per hour. It is advisable to inform us your request as early as possible in case of next booking or any required arrangements. Please do send in your request latest by 9am on the day of your check out. 2. A penalty of RM200 will be imposed in case of missing or unreturn key 3. Any missing, damage or stubborn dirt left will be charged accordingly through Airbnb. 4. This unit is NO SMOKING AREA. Penalty of RM500 will be imposed if the unit is left with trace or smell of cigarette. 5. No strong odor food (eg. durian, etc) is allowed in the unit. RM500 will be charged if the unit left with strong odor.
