The apartment offers 35 sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen). The space The apartment consists of a room with cozy dining area, a kitchen front, the sleeping and living area as well as a separate toilet with sink, mirror and shower. Attention: There is NO separate bedroom. If there is too little space, you can lock your things up with me free of charge. The apartment is south-facing and is located in a sunny, quiet location. The terrace can be used for sunbathing. If you want, no one will disturb you. You have a separate entrance and, of course, get the front door keys. The apartment is very suitable for longer stays!
