"Alba" Apartment - Farmhouse on Lake Como

"Alba" is a lovely independent apartment in our farm stay (Agriturismo Conca Sandra). The apartment is located in a recently renovated historic building, surrounded by the nature of our organic farm. At a short distance from Lake Como and Varenna (20 minutes of steep walking/ 5 minutes by car) you will experience an atmosphere out of time: a blooming garden, the cultivated countryside, the lake, and the mountains in the background. Our structure is fully eco-sustainable. The space The apartment “Alba” consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed, living room with kitchen and a private bathroom. A lovely balcony, overlooking our olive grove, offers views of the mountains and the valley. The traditional-style floor and wooden doors create a unique cozy atmosphere, combining an antique flavor to the authenticity of the countryside. The bright living room is equipped with a modern kitchen – with an induction cooktop stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary for cooking. In addition to the kitchen and the dining area, the living room features a comfortable 1-seater sofa bed and a flat-screen smart TV. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. “Alba” is furnished with taste and attention to details: the wrought iron bed, the flower paintings, and the embroidered curtains create a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is surrounded by a rose garden, an olive grove, and the countryside of our farm – a lovely place where to sunbathe, relax, or enjoy the sunset while drinking a glass of the wine we produce in our farm. The large outdoor area is equipped with deckchairs, a gazebo, and various sitting areas. An outdoor fireplace for barbeque will also be at your disposal. At our small farm-shop you will have the possibility to taste and buy our genuine products, including organic fruit and vegetables, extra-virgin olive oil, honey, juices, jams. In addition to “Alba”, two other apartments are available in our farm stay: “Tramonto” and “Mezzogiorno”. Guest access The apartment is located in the small Regolo town center, in a quiet and safe pedestrian area. The free public parking is few meters from the property. There are three apartments in our farmhouse, the spacious fenced garden is shared with guests of the other two apartments. Varenna and the train station are reachable on foot in 25 minutes. The walking path is steep and uphill; we are easy reachable by car or bus/taxi. Other things to note There is a tourist tax of €2.00 per night per person to pay cash at your arrival ( excluding children, for a maximum of 5 nights). Early or late check-in and late check-out are possible only on request. On foot Varenna and the train station are reachable in 20 minutes of steep walking.
