The bathroom is on the first floor with an additional toilet on the ground floor. If booking for 3 people the third person has there own seperate small room on the first floor. (no TV in this room) The space YOUR ROOM The room is on the second floor and has a double bed . There is a Freeview TV, a full length mirror and a chest of drawers in the room. Two windows and a radiator. FREE BICYCLE STORAGE If you have your own bike you can lock it in my shed. BAG DROP You can drop you bag off early /store bags for late check out in my small box room. FRIDGE You may use the fridge to store your "cold items" EUROPEAN PLUG ADAPTORS Available on request. KITCHEN Full use of the kitchen welcome. Guest access You will have your own room on the second floor. You are welcome to use the kitchen / living room. Please help yourself in the morning to a convenience breakfast- this usually consists of cereal, yoghurt,fruit, juice & tea/coffee. During your stay I am equally happy to chat to guests or leave him/her to their own devices. Other things to note NEAREST SUPERMARKET - 6 mins walk Coop or 20mins walk to SAINSBURYS EATS - 10 minutes walk to THE RODMILL PUB or Fish n Chip shop 12 minutes walk to Sussex Downs College. 1 minute walk to nearest bus stop (The Loop). Bus fares currently £2 a ride to town centre or £6-05-for a Sussex day rider. (You can use this for Seven Sisters/Brighton bus) Ample free parking.
