B&B Via Roma, Brown Room

Order, cleanliness and hospitality are the cornerstones of our facility, located in the heart of Acquaviva delle Fonti. We offer a variety of options for your stay: choose between the comfort of the gray room, the warmth of the red room, the brightness of the white room, and the elegance of the brown room. In addition, you can opt for the elegance of room 3 or the comfort of our two-room apartment, consisting of rooms 1 and 2 with a shared bathroom. Each choice guarantees a unique and welcoming experience, reflecting the quality and attention to detail that characterize our facility. The space Our Bed & Breakfast is located at no. 15 of the central Via Roma in Acquaviva delle Fonti, occupying the first floor of an old stone building built in the early 1900s and recently renovated. The location is strategic: just 50 meters from the Town Hall and the post office, 250 meters from the train station with Bari-Taranto connections, and 100 meters from the main bus lines and the shuttle service to the Miulli hospital. We offer an agreement with a car rental and, upon request, transport to and from the Bari-Palese airport, located 35 km away. Thanks to the central location, you will be close to pizzerias, restaurants and takeaway shops, making your stay comfortable and pleasant. Guest access The B&B consists of four very spacious and finely furnished bedrooms, a cozy relaxation area with a fireplace, and a kitchen with an open minibar. Each room is for the exclusive use of guests, who have a separate entrance reserved for them, also accessible through the use of an elevator. During your stay The guests, despite having all the necessary privacy, will never be alone: me and my family live on the top floor of the building. Close enough to be able to constantly interact and far enough away to make him live his stay in respect of their intimacy. Other things to note Housekeeping services are provided daily and linen is changed continuously, which can be adjusted according to guests' needs. All rooms are equipped with TVs and the entire facility offers a free ADSL internet service, as well as a fax service available upon request. In addition, a garage is available upon request.
