MINIMUM STAY IS THREE DAYS IN LOW SEASON. The space MAISON RESPIRO is ideally located in Naujan et Postiac, near Bordeaux and St Emilion's world renowned vineyards, in a stunning environment mixing the mineral landscape of an ancient stone quarry, where we built our award winning pool (16m x 4,5m), to the lushness of a 1 hectare landscaped garden. It is a fully renovated 18th century farmhouse that can very comfortably accommodate up to 12 NO PARTIES ALLOWED A few facts about the house: It is roughly 360 sq meters and features: - 5 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom, 3 bedrooms with double bed plus 1 bedroom with 4 single beds (the 'kids' dorm'). - 4 bathrooms (1 master bath with jacuzzi and Italian shower) plus 3 others with either bathtub or large shower. - 2 living rooms, one with a working fireplace - 36sq meters gourmet kitchen with 3 meters long dining table. - Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The garden is 1 hectare and offers 2 terraces, an outdoor patio/kitchen/BBQ area, a pool house with separate shower and toilet, a heated pool (16 m x 4.5 m plus a paddling area for toddlers), a large lawn and a kids play area with swings. Maid and cooking services available upon demand. Pool heating included in July and August only. Extra cost of 300 euros per week for May, June and September stays. No pool heating during other months. Guest access This is our family vacation home so we took great care in furnishing and decorating it. You'll find a mix of antique and modern furniture, family heirlooms and travel souvenirs, which all contribute to a chic but relaxed atmosphere. Other things to note NO PARTIES ALLOWED Our area is Bordeaux and Entre-Deux-Mers' world renowned vineyards. If you'd like to take a wine tasting course in either Bordeaux or St Emilion or if you'd like to visit some of the best châteaux and vineyards in the world, then this is the place. The area is very quiet, green and lush. You'll see vineyards but not only. We have hills and woods and fields... Our house is hidden at the end of a small road, so you're guaranteed privacy and quiet. Next door is an organic farm so you'll be able to buy supremely fresh produce as well as free range eggs, that you will love to cook in our big and fully equipped kitchen (we LOVE to cook so you'll find all kinds of utensils and pots and pans...). We have spent countless vacations here with friends and family from all over, with ages ranging from 2 to 78, and they've found that there is never enough time to do all the things the area has to offer. You can go hiking, biking, kayaking on gorgeous Dordogne, go wine tasting, spend the day in Bordeaux or a little further, the Bassin d'Arcachon. Two baby cots plus two high chairs are available. House heating is not included unless otherwise specified by owner. Fee is 400 euros per week.
