'The Wagon' a peaceful retreat in rural Suffolk

'The Wagon' is a beautifully restored, self-contained, early 20th Century railway goods wagon situated in the garden of the main property. Fields, woods and quiet roads enhance the peaceful setting. Although we are in an rural location, we are only 2 minutes walk from Brampton Station, where there is an hourly service to Lowestoft/Norwich and Ipswich/London. The space Rebuilt and refurbished in 2020, the wagon offers cosy, private, self-contained accommodation including a shower room and small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities where breakfast can be prepared. The large and very comfortable double bed does convert, if required, into a sofa. There is storage in 3 large drawers under the bed. Guest access Access to the wagon is via the driveway. Automatic outside lights give good visibility at night. A good size decking area gives views over the pond and garden and has a small table and chairs to enjoy the peace and quiet. Guests are free to walk around the garden. Other things to note Basic provisions including tea, coffee and breakfast cereals, bread, milk, butter and jams will be available.
