No illegal activity or inappropriate behavior. No heavy drinking session. Please avoid excessive noise that may disturb other units and to avoid penalties. No party SET-UP without notice. No cooking except rice. ANY DAMAGES to the unit will incur a penalty. A list of rules will be given by guards and acknowledge by guests(you) through signing. Any violation may result to penalties. Any penalties are for the account of the guests. *** Internet - subject to provider's fair usage policy. Intermittent, slow internet, no internet issues may happen beyond our control. Do not leave valuable items unattended. Host/s are not liable for any loss or damages to your belongings. Take extra care. Cooking which may result in an unpleasant smell lingers for days. We will need special cleaning to address the issue and we will charge your card P1000. (We suggest you bring pre-cooked food and just reheat it). -NO PETS ALLOWED. The penalty will be charged for not respecting our house rules. - Avoid loud or excessive noises which may disturb other unit. -No party setup without permission. -No illegal activity or inappropriate behavior. -No heavy drinking session. -Guests are subject to admin policies. You will be asked to sign a form upon checkin. If the admin finds a violation, they may charge the guest.
