Cozy Guest Room in Brooklyn

You will have your own private room located to the front of the apartment. My partner and myself live on the complete opposite side of the building so there is an element of privacy. The space The room is private and on its own wing of the apartment. You will also have access to our balcony. Myrtle-Broadway and Kosciuszko Street JMZ train stops are less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Guest access Feel free to use any of the appliances in the kitchen and cook whenever you would like. If you are a smoker you are welcome to smoke on the balcony. There is also a french press for coffee and plenty of tea that you may help yourself to. We recycle all cardboard, cans and bottles on the landing outside of the apartment. Please let me know if you have any questions about this system. During your stay My partner and I both work in the restaurant industry in Manhattan full time. We spend most of our time in the space on the other side of the apartment. We are friendly and available to answer any questions you may have but are also happy to let you do your own thing :) Other things to note I have 2 cats, one is a 15 year old Maine Coon Siamese mix named Pinga, he likes to keep to himself and will most likely not interact with you very much. I also have a 8 year old tabby named Pichka who is very friendly and loves to play and cuddle with whoever she can. They are on a strict feeding regiment that I take care of so don't let them trick you!
