The terrace, accessible from the living room, features two lounge chairs and a four-person dining set, perfectly oriented to the south for optimal sunlight exposure and panoramic views stretching from Tibidabo mountain to the sea. The layout comprises two bedrooms situated on opposite sides of the penthouse to enhance privacy. The master suite has direct terrace access, a queen-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower. The second bedroom, with two single beds that can be combined, is located near an additional bathroom equipped with a shower, positioned for convenient access and privacy for its occupants.
