Dive-Inn Theatre: Upstairs of Shared Home

This is the 2nd story of an executive residence (not entire residence) in Historic Norcross. The first floor has the main bedroom with your hosts. The suites in this 2nd story include two dedicated bedrooms (with queen beds), an office with trundle twins and a living room/ theatre with coffee bar, hotplate, air fryer, microwave and stocked mini-fridge with a 10 foot movie screen with great sound system. The main upstairs bedroom has a pool view with walk-in closet and private bath. The space This is not the entire home, just the upstairs. The upstairs is private and removed from the master which is on the other side of the house and on the main floor. There's an open living room (think of it as a "lobby") viewable from the catwalk to your rooms. You can access the pool via the "lobby" through the gate we have to keep our dog from going upstairs. Guest access The guests will have full access to the 3 upstairs bedrooms as well as the theater/ upstairs living room and the private and shared bath. There's a full kitchenette in the upstairs living room with a 10 foot movie screen. The private pool area is accessible through our living room ("lobby") which is all shared with your hosts, but available for your use. Other things to note When I started my listing with AirBnB, I told my neighbors I'd ensure I knew guests through their reviews and or references, their bio/ profile and their intended reason for staying as a means for all of us to feel more comfortable and secure with a rental in sharing our home and neighborhood. Unfortunately, I'm currently only approving those reservation requests with some semblance of all three of the above.
