We welcome you to a tuffeau stone house (traditional stone of the area). The three levels can accommodate up to 8 guests. The ground floor has been designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Enjoy the charm of the countryside and the proximity to Loches, the Loire Valley Castles and Beauval Zoo. Linens and towels provided😉👍🏻 The space On the ground floor, a large bedroom (bed 180x200) with bay window, has been equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. The bathroom, adjoining, equipped with toilet, sink and spacious shower. Functional kitchen open to the living/dining room The second bedroom is equipped with a 160 X 200 bed and an office area. Another spacious bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. If necessary, depending on the number of guests, the third floor will be accessible to you. It is designed in open space, under a slope, has a 140 x 200 bed and two 90 x 190 beds. The outdoor garden is equipped with a wooden deck and a pergola. We wanted to renovate this house with respect for noble materials (stone, wood) and offering maximum space and brightness. Access is either through the front door on the street side or through the bedroom on the garden side Guest access Our guests have access to the entire apartment, and the small private garden. Parking is available on the property or in the parking lot (a stone's throw from the entrance gate) The entrance to the accommodation is either through the front door on the street side or through the bedroom bay window, on the garden side. Other things to note There are many routes available for cycling and running. A municipal park is accessible 200 m away (tennis, basketball, soccer, games, petanque) pond with possibility of fishing. We offer some services such as table d'hôte, snack on reservation. A fitness room is available nearby (reservation on request - access for adults only) The beautiful royal city of Loches is only a 10-minute drive away.
