The highlight of our accommodation is its exceptional location, you will find yourself within the walls of an 11th century castle in the heart of a wine estate. The house has a capacity of 6 people, the private garden will allow you to share excellent family moments in this extraordinary setting. Fall in love with the serenity of the place! Nearby you will find: an internationally renowned equestrian center and a shopping area within 1 km of the house. The space Bed linen and towels are provided. ⚠ Check-in is autonomous thanks to a code box, the code of which will be communicated to you no later than 24 hours before your arrival. ⚠ To respect the calm of the place, no noise should be made outside after 10 p.m. This pretty house is part of the outbuildings of a medieval castle and enjoys an atypical and idyllic setting: in the middle of the vineyards. The castle is part of the condominium but is not accessible to outside visitors, which guarantees its tranquility. You will also have access to the playground for children, and riders can enjoy the internationally renowned equestrian center nearby (many events are also organized there, especially for the 2024 Olympics!) The house has an area of 120 m2, of which 90 m2 is available for rent. The ground floor includes: • A large east-west living room including a fully equipped modern kitchen and a large dining table. (Kitchen equipment: filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker with capsules. Oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric stove, toaster, kettle.) • A large living room, also crossing with a TV area and corner sofa, and a round table to drink tea with friends! • A secondary shower room with washing machine - accessible for Persons with Reduced Mobility • Separate toilets Upstairs you will find: • 1 large double bedroom with queen size bed (160 cm) and sofa. West-facing. There is also a dressing room to put your belongings. • 1 large twin bedroom, facing east, with 2 90 cm beds and a wardrobe. The beds can be put together to accommodate a couple. • 1 small bedroom with a 140 cm bed, dressing room and small desk • A bathroom with a spacious shower, double sink and toilet This east-west house gives access to two gardens: - The "East Garden" on the castle side, with a terrace and a lawn of about 120 m2 (not fenced) - The "West Garden" also serves as the main access to the house, with an ideal terrace to share a meal outside, partially covered by a pergola. (not fenced) - A parking space is also reserved for you, in front of the garage door. Ideal for an extended vacation or for teleworking in peace, this residence also offers the opportunity to live a unique experience in an 11th century estate. Nearby you will find many wine estates and vineyards to taste the excellent wines of Burgundy, the famous site of La Roche de Solutré, Touroparc the amusement park, the Equestrian Center Mâcon/Chaintré, many sports and nature... Guest access Guests have access to both the east and west terraces of the house, as well as the large park located within its grounds (with discretion, of course, so as not to disturb the tranquility of the place. We ask that you be mindful of noise after 9 p.m. For ball games and noisy or simply loud games, favor the outdoor areas of the park.
