We also have a light indicator that tells you if the bathroom upstairs is occupied or not and lastly, there are privacy screens set up for your comfort. 2) *Is there a potential for noise after dark?* - Yes, we have common urban noises, if you are very sensitive to noises you may want to ask us for a white noise maker/canceler, earplugs, and/or sleep mask. 3) *Is it possible to accommodate a 4th person?* Yes, however, it can be tight. An air mattress can be set up close to the bed sofa and stowed away during the day to allow for better passage. 4) *Can we can cook there?* Absolutely, All the drawers have labels and you will have access to pots and pans, cooking utensils, a small fridge, toaster oven, grill, eating utensils, salt, pepper, oil, paper towel, kitchen towels, etc. Food is bountiful in LIC, there are five grocery stores around us. 5) *What are the closest train stations to the house?* There are three: Queens Plaza, Queens Borough, and 21st and Queensbridge. Ask about the free street parking app! 10) *Why do I have to pay a cleaning fee?* In order to keep our nightly rates competitive, we do not add our cleaning fee to the overall price. This fee allows us to pay our cleaning staff a livable wage and they really really appreciate your understanding. 11) *Can we do laundry in your place?* Absolutely, the laundry room is in the same floor as your place.
