Adorable, completely updated, lakefront home, perfect place to enjoy campfires in the yard while overlooking beautiful Silver Lake. Located just 10 minutes from Michigan International Speedway, you will love creating memories that will last a lifetime. The space The main level offers a gorgeous kitchen and eating area, wet bar, living room with flat screen TV and surround sound, master bedroom with TV and large walk-in closet and bathroom with shower. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, open entertainment area that overlooks the living room and a full bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to home, front yard, back yard and private lake. Be mindful of the private property signs, we ask you do not walk along those signs. Instead, walk on the other side of the property. Please note that if you have more guests than we agreed upon you will be charged an extra fine. We have video cameras on the premises of the property to ensure security. We have 2 single kayaks with paddles and life jackets that you are welcome to use. Lastly, park only on our property, that is, on the gravel and concrete in front of the garage - do not park on the grass. Other things to note Surrounded by mature trees and a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset, this adorable home sits just steps away from a 125 acre crystal clear private lake. Enjoy sandy water without the seaweed. There is a good chance you will see fish and turtles swimming up and around the dock. This breathtaking private lake is great for swimming, boating and fishing. Anglers can expect to catch large mouth bass, walleye, bluegill and catfish. During your stay, you have access to a private boat launch and can utilize the dock in front of the house. The depth of the water at the seawall where the dock starts is about knee deep. It gradually gets deeper until you reach the end of the dock at which point it is usually about 6 feet deep. The water is crystal clear until the end of the dock with sandy ground, perfect for swimming!! You are welcome to use the 2 single kayaks and paddles, life jackets, paddle board, fishing poles and lawn chairs. There is a fire pit and wood available for you to use to end the day with tasty s'mores and a gorgeous sunset. *PLEASE INFORM US IF YOU WILL BE BRINGING YOUR BOAT SO THAT WE CAN ACCOMODATE YOUR NEEDS MOST EFFICIENTLY.
