Side B is a 1‑bed, 1‑bath unit with its own side entrance and fenced private deck. Outdoor areas are shared, and some noise between units is possible. Side B is a separate listing, and both sides can be rented together—please inquire. Side A and Side B do not connect indoors, and each requires its own key for guest safety and comfort. The garage is not included. We allow up to 6 cars in the driveway; let us know if you need more so we can arrange additional parking. Please avoid street parking after midnight, as the city may issue tickets. We welcome day events such as prom send‑offs, baby showers, wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, and similar gatherings. This home is also perfect for bridal parties needing space to get ready. Pets are allowed for a fee. Please disclose all animals, as our regular cleaner is highly allergic and we must schedule a different one. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire Side A of the duplex, which includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus all interior spaces shown in the listing. Garage access is not included. We aim for 3 PM, but it may be later on some days. A starter pack of cleaning supplies and paper goods is provided for the first few days; longer stays should replenish as needed. We welcome day events such as bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, prom send‑offs, intimate family gatherings, and more. Two twin rollaways and a queen pullout sofa are available—please let us know in advance so linens can be prepared. Because our direct booking site is connected through a channel manager, we must state the following: A $1000 authorization deposit may be required. If needed, we will notify you before check‑in. Deposits are automatically refunded within 5 days after checkout. This property has exterior cameras only—located at the front yard near the garage, the front door, the backyard, and the side yard. No interior cameras are inside the home.
